1. Are your responsible in case the parcel I receive already open by someone, item losses and/or damage due to delivery?

Our experienced packers will double-check and mark all the items and pack in order and in good conditions before there are shipped. If there any out of stock items we will stated in our website. For safety, please open the parcel and check all the items in order in front of dispatch person before acknowledge receipt.We do not responsible for any losses or damages of items once the parcel pass to the courier company for delivery. In case of any loss or damage due to delivery please contact related courier company within 48 hour to make a complaint. Please contact us immediately for assistant if you find any problem.

2) Shipping charge according to actual parcel weight. We will quote it when we receive your order.

3) Once parcel sent out from our warehouse, we do not responsible for any losses. Customer can insured as per your needs.

4) Customer can arrange self collection. Free shipping charges. CASH ON DELIVERY based in Malacca.

5) If select COD must pay 30% deposit of total order to confirm your order. This is to avoid customer cancelled order once the order already confirmed and packed.
